I'm Stuart, Coordinator of Teen Programming at Planned Parenthood Toronto. I am excited to share that our Teen Health Source (THS) website has hit a remarkable milestone: 1 million global visits annually, highlighting our youth as not just learners but empowered educators and changemakers.

Teen Health Source is a sexual health information service run for and by youth - brought to you by Planned Parenthood Toronto. How does it work? Trained youth volunteers operate an anonymous chat service where any young person can ask questions or share concerns they might have about their sexual health. The fact that this service sees more than 1 million visits every year demonstrates just how badly this service is needed.

Our volunteers at Teen Health Source amaze me with their profound understanding and desire to learn more. They recognize that traditional public education is insufficient, especially in addressing misconceptions and disinformation they encounter in school and online.
