Primary healthcare services is a fancy way of saying that we can be your family doctor or nurse practitioner. Don’t have a health card? We can help you get information on how to receive or renew a card. Not eligible for a health card? Don’t worry. We can still help you get the care you need.

getting started
It is easy for us to start a new file with you or have your medical records sent from another doctor or family health team. Your records will always be kept confidential even if you are under 18. You also don’t need an OHIP card.
