We have health services that are LGBTQ-positive, an anti-homophobia education program called T.E.A.C.H., and, coming soon, new services for women who have sex with women.
If you’re a youth 13-29, PPT Health Services is a one-stop shop for all of your health needs. We offer everything from flu shots to pregnancy tests to full physicals. We have counselling services especially for youth, and we can help you find a job, housing, or any other needs you might have. The best part is that our services are LGBTQ-positive and non-judgmental.
Our anti-homophobia program, Teens Educating and Confronting Homophobia (T.E.A.C.H.), trains LGBTQ youth facilitators to tell their stories and lead anti-homophobia activities that encourage participants to think critically about homophobia and heterosexism in their communities and the issues faced by lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender youth.
Our new Training Centre offers anti-homophobia service provider training so that we can help to ensure that service providers in organizations across Toronto are sensitive to LGBTQ youth and able to respond to your needs.
